Personal Evaluation
Your personal coach will conduct a series of one-on-one discussions, on-the-job work observations, and employee/peer interactions with you to understand your desires, interests, strengths, improvement opportunities and development needs.
Goal Setting & Development Planning
Based on the learning and insights gained from the evaluation phase, your personal coach will work with you to set your personal and professional development goals. A development plan is then jointly agreed upon to outline the improvement actions required to optimize your leadership performance, and realize the goals set.
One-on-one Education & Training
Based on each leader’s development needs, specific education and training is provided to focus on the development of critical leadership competencies and skills.
One-on-one Coaching & Development
The bulk of time spent with your personal coach will be spent in hands-on application to hone your leadership skills. Your personal coach will shadow you during meetings, management-by-walking-around activities and interactions with your team members and peers. During these opportunities, your coach will work with you to reflect on your performance, identify areas of strength / improvement / opportunity, and practice mutually agree upon corrective actions. Throughout the process, your coach will motivate you, build your commitment and drive accountability to help you accomplish your improvement objectives.
On-going monitoring & Support
Upon accomplishing your new level of leadership performance and excellence, you will not need the same level of coaching depth and intensity, but you will still find it valuable to periodically receive guidance and/or the encouragement / accountability that you have come to greatly value from your personal coach. We are deeply invested in you as well. We want to see you consistently succeed. To that end, we will scale our on-going coaching support to be there and support you as needed.
